Laura Ward, ABCDT
(Battalion Leader)

Laura has been training dogs since 2019.   Before getting Canine Miracles for Heroes going in 2022, Laura went to Animal Behavior College to study dog training and became a certified dog trainer and learned the service dog techniques also.  Laura's future goals are to be able to help more Military veteran's and emergency personnel with training their own dogs to be service dogs and completing service dog training for many Heroes to come.

Marc Landreth, K9-Army Veteran
(Consultant)

Marc is a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He retired for the Army in December of 2022 and moved back to Iowa to be with family and friends.  Marc has had a 12 year career in the military with 9 of those years being a K-9 military police dog trainer.  Marc is very excited to be able to help Veterans and First Responders through the use of dogs.
