Laura Ward, ABCDT
(Battalion Leader)
Laura has been training dogs since 2019. Before starting Canine Miracles for heroes in 2022, Laura went to Animal Behavior College to study dog training and became a certified dog trainer. Laura's future goals are to become a dog behavior consultant. Certified to be able to help more Veteran's and First Responders with training their own dogs to be service dogs.

Marc Landreth, K9-Army Veteran
(Battalion Leader)
Marc is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired for the Army in December of 2022 and moved back to Iowa to be with family and friends. Marc has had a 12 year career in the military with 9 of those years being a K-9 military police dog trainer. Marc is very excited to be able to help Veterans and First Responders through the use of dogs.

Julianna Starling, Certified Dog Trainer

I am an accountant by day, by night I train dogs. I own and run Mrs. Slobberworth's LLC in Boone Iowa - where I live. I have received my dog behavior and fundamentals certification through VSA and I plan to pursue more education in the dog training world in the future. I have been married to my husband for 13 years and we have 2 amazing children who we homeschool. Our daughter is 10 and our son is 5. We currently have our yellow lab Atticus who is almost 2 years old. I am also an author of the book The Many Identities which will launch in October 2023 on Amazon.
